When Kate and Jack are visiting Vernon Hollis, Vernon tells them that their vehicle won't start because of the cold weather, but there are no signs that it is as cold as Vernon states, such as their breath showing or their exposed skin shivering; Vernon's jacket is even wide open.

Establishing shots show that the network studio and offices are in Century City. The background view out the window during a meeting shows the skyline of downtown Los Angeles, some miles away from Century City.
