Two friends climb the ladder of hallucinogenic drugs from weed to toad venom.

Warning: Spoilers
The film takes place in both the Arizona desert & Montana forests. Andrew Rizzo and his friend Marshall Granger travel between Montana & Arizona, climbing the ladder of hallucinogenic drugs. Starting with weed, the ingest psilocybin mushrooms, peyote, LSD, MDMA, salvia, and finally, the venom of the bufo alvarius toad. They film each 'trip' and talk about their experiences. The trips are reasonably controlled, except for the salvia, which is a complete freakout. The toad juice is quite mild, but they have no idea on what dose to take.

The movie is well shot, with great outdoor scenery in both locations. The 2 characters leave you wondering how they became friends. Marshal is clearly a novice when it comes to drugs. Andrew is an old school druggie, and takes the lead in procurement and consumption.

Some funny scenes when these guys get really high, and some interesting local flavor on the fringes of the Arizona desert as they search for the elusive toad.

No toads were harmed in the making of this film.
