In a tiny village ,Robert is sure to be elected mayor ,for there are only seven voters ,four of whom are himself ,his wife and his parents ;against all odds, he fails ,a vote is missing ;but which one? his father's ? his mother's ?his spouse's?

In the parents' home ,we attend the settling of scores ;political stakes become a family feud and old resentments,building up for years,resurface .Much to everybody's surprise ,the wannabe mayor reveals he had no program at all.

A funny short ,with an astute ending ,well played by famous actors, particularly André Dussolier and Michèle Moretti as the parents;a political fable which has a contemporary feel.

A pure absurd story, nice presence of Andre Dussollier and elections for mayor in a tiny community.

The victory, so easy to predict for a candidat , becomes unrealistic. So, one of family members refused to give his trust to Robert.

But who ?

The answer is so unrealistic than you regret the 12 minutes for see this film. Because , being, obvious, a pamphlet, it works not very smart to demonstrate the imaturity to stupidity of a politician. And the relation with the chief of circumscription is just hilarious, like the crime touch.

But , sure, nice as irony against politic univers of France. So, not so bad.
