The International Response Team is called to Taipei when it appears that an American committed a crime that's similar to an unsolved case in New York. Paget Brewster guest stars.

The team gets an atypical request from Taiwan to investigate several murders following the MO of a Brooklyn serial killer, who also frustrated Clara's study buddy. It turns out he probably wasn't inactive for years but traveled around the Pacific. He's clever enough to escape a Taipeh police trap, but the mysterious link between victims is found: a dating website for professionals with a typical profile that somehow triggers his deep trauma. Combined with a New York past, that allows profiling.—KGF Vissers
