Thrilling!

I love this series as it is surprising, exciting, unpredictable. However, this episode was true TV genius! It was a crazy fun ride of indignation to shock. I sat up in my chair and had to calm myself down.

The acting is superb and the story is well thought out intelligent drama. It isn't the same old same old boring lazy writing. This was what entertainment should be. Fantastic.

A terrific epsiode.

Kate is in much deeper with Roz, impressing her new boss, but also raising concerns about her snooping.

I think this is a brilliant epsiode, if I'm being picky I'd say the first half an hour is good, but procedural, the second half is the pulse racing, action packed drama, it's one of the most memorable, shocking scenes ever, you were left wondering if he's a goner.

This makes you think all sorts, and reassess what you thought you knew, a new suspect has shot up the list of possibles.

I had forgotten just how wonderful a character Maneet was, she was funny, sweet, efficient, an all around good egg...... for now. A good start for James.

A good job with making Roz look very poorly, we'd been saying she's looking peaky.

A slow moving episode. I was about to give it only a 6 or 7 until the last couple of minutes which turned the story around and leaves the viewer eager for more.

Gripping like a baseball bat and more over the rails than off them. The story needed a lift

I am not sure balaclavas in a show filmed in Belfast us a good idea though.

Develops the intrigue

AC12 continue to investigate the serial killer case and DCI Huntley.

This is another strong episode that makes you want to find out what happens next.

The plot includes some good police procedural scenes and tense moments involving Huntley. As more information becomes available to the AC12 investigators the story gathers momentum. I particularly like one (non-AC12) interrogation scene conducted by Fleming and others. In typical Line of Duty style it ends with an intriguing revelation and cliffhanger.

All characters are used well by the writers, particularly Arnott, Fleming, Hastings, and Huntley. The actors do a great job as ever, with Thandiwe Newton leading it strongly.
