The tire is shot and the spare is brought out to be changed. The spare is then put on the vehicle with the shot tire placed standing up next to the vehicle. The shot tire is then seen rolling away but grabbed before getting too far away, also shown as being fully inflated. Shortly after the shot tire is seen rolling away, fully inflated.
Following the blowout, Sara's phone is shown several times as being connected to WiFi with a full WiFi signal. Being in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by hills, it's highly unlikely there would be a public WiFi connection for her to connect to.
At the end of the movie, after the sniper has received multiple shots, has had his head completely smashed and is obviously dead, you can clearly see him breathing.
At the end of the movie just before the girls hits the sniper with the rifle you can see that the barrel of the weapon is bent (too many rehearsals?)
