Kerris Dorsey is appalling that's why het character is appalling too. From where she fell in love with the kid and now is pointing gun at people because she has "not got anyone left" what? The writers are deliberately showing that Bridget is such a stupid character and Kerris Dorsey is perfect for it but stop already. let us breather Bridget-less air.

R.D. is like a ...box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.
Too many open fronts that come and go in every episode.
I wish R.D. was more like the fixer it was advertised to be, but for 5 seasons it was more about Mickey and their family problems. The should call the show "The Donovans" not just Ray.
And soooooo many characters that came and went and we totally forgot about them. (In its 58 episodes R.D. had around ...700 guest stars!)
Anyway the acting is overall good and I don't mind when R.D. is on TV even when I don't really pay attention. I didn't care or rooting for Ray in the previous seasons, because he is a scam of the worst kind, but in this episode I actually rooted for him.
It is renewed for a 6th season, so fans rejoice !

My favorite episode Bridget told Ray Donovan her dad he shouldn't have been having sex with The Actress while her Mom was dying BAM in his face! I finally know that I'm not the only person that finds his character morally wrong love doesn't do that you don't just sleep around and say you love someone else especially when they are dying

I guess somebody run out of ideas, because this plot does not make any sense whatsoever. Bridget flies to LA to threaten a surgeon at gun point, basically kidnapping the doctor in her hotel room (how did she get in, anyway?) and when she gets arrested she needs daddy's help, as usual.
Daddy needs nonetheless than the FBI boss to take care of his precious daughter and despite the obvious difficulty of raising the dead, Bridget is out in a couple of hours.
What does she do next? She needs to fly back IMMEDIATELY to NY, after having disrupted people's lives and accomplished nothing. She's even indignant that daddy does not offer spontaneously to take her to the airport and manages the chance to give him a mouthful ... but, hey, thanks dad for getting me out of trouble, I committed several felonies to achieve ABSOLUTELY nothing, apart attracting attention.
What about asking nicely? Not the Donovan style, I guess.
