Storyline

After her brother goes missing in a nearby beach town, Nic goes looking for him only to realize what she is up against are a very intimidating gang of goth surfer girls who practice witchcraft. She's certain they have him and realizes she needs help from the local girls motorcycle gang because she's about to go into dangerous waters. Lily her new friend and lover act as the bridge between the groups and help Nic learn how to surf and toughen up so she can become "one of them" to find her brother.
