Jake receives several bloody scratches climbing over a fence. He wears shorts for the rest of the episode but the scratches are nowhere to be seen.
The coffee mug in front of the male news anchor (Slade Austin) moves between shots. In the 2-shot it is directly in front of his papers, in the single shot it suddenly jumps well off to his right.
One of the news reporters says that Jake and Captain Holt were found with a cache of automatic weapons. None of the weapons they purchased were automatic. An automatic weapon can be fired continuously if the trigger is pulled and held in place. The handguns they purchased were semi-automatic, which means they could fire a single bullet with each pull of the trigger. While it is common practice for reporters to conflate automatic and semi-automatic weapons, it is incorrect.
When Scully is hiding in the claw machine, he radios to Rosa that one of Figgis's men is heading towards the ball pit. When Scully pushes the button on the radio to speak, a burst of static is heard on his end. Pushing the button on a walkie-talkie nullifies any sound coming out of it so as to minimize potential interference. The radio would not make an audible noise on Scully's end while he was depressing the button.
Gina makes multiple false claims related to firearms; though comedic license could be the reason, they are still not at all accurate. 1) No weapons are sold at a vending machine at a rest stop. 2) No weapons would ever be left in a lost and found.
The piece of rebar that is pulled from Holt's leg is only the length of the portion shown to be sticking out when it was embedded in the leg, roughly 10 inches, not long enough to have also been running through the entire thickness of the thigh.
When Captain Holt pulls the piece of rebar out of his leg and sews his own wound shut, he only sews the wound on the from side of his leg. Since the piece of rebar went all the way through (entering from the rear), he would need to sew up both the entrance and exit wounds, not just the exit wound.
When confronting Jake at the Fun Zone (who was confronting Figgis), Sheriff Reynolds tells Jake that he already apprehended all of his friends, meaning the squad from the 9-9. While Jake and Captain Holt were in witness protection and thus did not have any ID proving they were New York City detectives, the rest of the squad were still officers in good standing and would have had badges and ID proving that they were.
CJ would have no authority to reprimand Holt.
When Amy shoots Jake and Jake replies by saying It was just like the end of Speed. In the movie Speed it is within the first few scenes where they confront the bomber that Jack shoots his partner Harry.
The "pipe" that impaled Captain Holt is actually a piece of rebar, even though Captain Holt refers to it several times as a "pipe".
