When Toller puts the patch on the vest honoring the activists José Cláudio Ribeiro da Silva and his wife, it says "Maria do Espirito Santo y Jose Cláudio Ribeiro da Silva"; this is wrong, as the use of "y", meaning "and", is used in Spanish. Jose Claudio and Maria are both Brazillian, a Portuguese-speaking country. Therefore, the patch should actually use "e" instead of "y", since that's the proper way of saying "and" in Portuguese.
The books on the Reverend's desk are the wrong way round.
When Toller is writing in his journal, the previous pages, which he has presumably already filled with entries, are perfectly flat as in a brand new journal, and not puffed up as pages which have been filled would be. Also, the thickness of the "filled" pages varies, getting thinner at times as the movie progresses.
