Sure, some of the sketches in this show are a swing and a miss, and the animation looks like something Adult Swim made, and the character designs look like Pickle and Peanut and the Problem Solverz, but in my opinion (and between you and me, this might be a VERY unpopular opinion), this show isn't all that bad. I honestly found some of the skits funny. Except the five-second rule one. That skit made Pickle and Peanut look like Gravity Falls. Still, that's not going to stop me from liking this show. (God, how come whenever I like one show, other people HATE it?) I don't recommend this show, because it appears that most people hate it, but it looks like Disney and Warner Bros. are going to make more co-productions in the future.

It'll get someone to think that the show runs solely on its jokes, and considering the fact that the characters have little of actual "character" as they switch from sketch to sketch, (which isn't a bad thing at first, but makes for quite a risk to take,) it would definitely be right.
Technically, right now kapow is pretty mediocre. Certainly not offensively bad by any means, but if the jokes don't hit with you, then you most likely won't leave with any impression. For me, however, I loved this show's humor. A mix of crude toilet stupidity, humor mocking people, and humor mocking the earnest struggles of life is exactly my kind of humor- but if it isn't yours, then this show isn't yours, since it doesn't have anything else to offer.
The animation, while sweet to a jaded and insensitive eye, has some bright colors that might bother those sensitive to eyestrain; but not to an obnoxious degree.
The voices and voice acting, though talented, has many voices that would be heard as jarring to anyone who isn't having a fun time watching, but for most it adds to the charm if they're enjoying the ride.
Since the humor is so hit or miss, it's really all the fault of bad writing that seems to de-optimize this otherwise nice cartoon. While I can't see it hitting the big screen or every little streaming service, it deserves to be helped up by comedic strength that can get this show to be loved by everyone, not just me, a little cult following, and that one youtube profile with the moon x ice cream yaoi profile picture. Don't look for it. If you've got the time to spend washing your eyeballs from that cursed image, then I'd say you have time to check out the show yourself, and see whether the jokes hit or miss for you.

Why would Disney cancel this show? This show is BEYOND humorous.

This show is a example of a good sketch comedy, not like MAD. The animation is unique, the humor is great, makes me laugh every time, the plot was bizarre (that's what I like about this show), and I want to see this show to have it's second season.
BUT NO, EVERYONE HATES IT! I HATE YOU GUYS!! WHYYY COULD YOU FORCE Disney TO CANCEL THIS SHOW??? WHY THE FRICK WOULD YOU GUYS BEING SO SOUR TO THIS SHOW? My favourite late-night show here in Malaysia has being ruined by y'all no life, crappy haters! A PERFECT SHOW, HAS BEEN RUINED BY YOU HATERS!

I have a lot of favorite cartoons to watch, so when I first saw promos for Right Now Kapow, I wondered, "what the heck."
Well, of course that had to do with its appearance, especially its strange art style.
But when Disney XD showed clips on YouTube, I began to like Right Now Kapow more and more.
It's actually a very clever sketch show, in which star five main characters: Plant, Dog, Ice Cream, Diamond, Moon, and Candy. These characters' traits vary a LOT because, duh, it's a sketch show! The opening sequences and the transition between sketches symbolize the character's switching roles, which is a nice touch!
Right Now Kapow delivers a colorful, zany cavalcade of a cartoon that adds to its colorful, zany style. Please don't judge this show for that!
Please check out the show, and don't hate on it for small details. It's a show like no other, so you gotta try and understand it; watch it with a positive view!

This show does look a bit like Problem Solvers at first glance but does have funny parts. It's pretty underrated IMO. The pallet is a bit generic, being neon, but still okay. People seem to judge cartoons on art styles. Just because a show uses bright, neon colours doesn't mean it's a crap pile like the atrocity Teen Titans Go.
Nothing amazing but nothing awful.

Right Now Kapow is a cartoon sketch show made by Disney and Warner Brothers following 5 characters in different roles each skit. Half of the skits and jokes are somewhat pretty good and creative while others are usually stereotypical and kind of stale from being used from other projects. The animation is rather basic, however it does the job and isn't painful to look at for the average 20 minute run-time of each episode. If it's on TV and there's nothing else on, I don't mind watching a few skits from it until something else comes on. In general, it's okay but could be a bit more.

This show is pug fugly first off. And i found NO jokes funny just like the person above said. It's just... Ugh. How is a song about dropping pizza and being able to break the law funny...? Comedy? More like BORING. When i first saw advertisements for the show, i thought this would try to be a show like Rick and Morty. Doesn't look good but when you see it, it's AMAZING. This show is anything BUT. If you wanna see quality programming on Disney XD, go watch Star Vs. Forces of Evil, Penn-Zero, or (maybe) Future Worm. Let's go into further detail. This seems like the love child of Pickle and Peanut and Future Worm. This does not look good. Second, none of the jokes work. I barely watched the episode, but im pretty sure each segment should make you laugh. I have a good sense of humor before you ask. I hope this DOES NOT become overrated like Pickle and Peanut or Toddler Titans. Stay away from this experiment gone wrong.

Disney and Waner Bros are Titans in the animation industry so for this show to come out the way it did, there's no excuse. A sketch comedy? I know I shouldn't expect something a kin to Steven universe or anything super ground breaking the loud house and we bare bears are great shows despite being episodic comedies but they are charming and endearing. But the in your face humor of this show is just annoying and there's gross out humor witch is one of the lowest forms of comedy. And speaking of gross the animation is ugly. It legit looks like Problem Solverz one of the worst CN shows but Problem Solverz was forgivable because it was during a hard and experimental time for the network, But Disney XD has some of the best animated shows on now like star and Gravity falls, did they think they needed more bad shows to balance the good ones? Your live action crap like Walk the prank will do more than that! And why is it in flash? I know flash can look great with dedication and talent but now talent was put into this show. Besides the nasty designs there's nothing new this show has to offer, characters aren't interesting, music's forgettable and the voice acting is terrible. Hope the upcoming shows like the new Duck-tales, Country club, and Big hero 6 the animated series can help Disney's T.V animation track record.
Me and my imagination loved this series. Why cancel it?

This show was so good! It created half of my humor that I have today, but yet people see it as bad! Why do you guys see this as not good enough? If you dont understand the plot, ask someone if they do! Maybe that would help you guys figure it out. Anyways, myself and my little brother would get up in our bunk beds and watched this until something else came on, It reminded me of how I experienced ADHD at the time with all my wild imaginations that I turned into characters. ID LOVE TO SEE THIS GET REBOOTED, even if I didnt like it, I'd still watch it for the nostalgia.

I think that Right Now Kapow is a good show and it's not that bad. Dog, Candy, Ice Cream, Diamond, Plant, and Moon are the best characters to appear on the show. It is full of humor and sketch comedy, just like Cartoon Network's Mad. One of the best jokes in Right Now Kapow is that Plant sings the 5 Second Rule, in which she throws the pizza down, then counts to five, and picks it back up again. And I believe that Right Now Kapow is the best cartoon to be made by Warner Bros. Animation. For example, Plant is voiced by Betsy Sodaro, who previously did the voice for Xixi The Toucan from All Hail King Julien. Can the show be moved to Cartoon Network and Boomerang in the near future? Will Right Now Kapow be renewed for a second season with returning voice actors from Season 1? Let me know in the comments below to see what you think about Right Now Kapow. From: Matthew White P. S. This show seemed like this was gonna be a cool show but the animations don't make sense the quality of the show Wasn't satisfying for me at all and it made me bored watching this show after 5 minutes made me think this show is boring don't think this is a good show and it makes me bored when this is on air.It has bad voice quality bad graphics and the show is not fun the jokes aren't fun the musicals are ten times as boring with this show and half of it makes no sense at all.This show is very boring to have on Disney xd and it is very boring having it on air when half of this show makes no sense and it was boring to see all the toons inside that show wish they made it one show instead of all these cartoons that don't make sense.This is a very unsatisfactory show and I truly wonder why Disney partnered up with this show this is very not fun to watch and it is boring to see it.

Okay. So I thought that teen Titans go is bad. Nope. In this show we have few characters which roles change every two minutes. There's no continuity. I understand 0 continuity between episodes but I didn't know what's going on in one episode. The jokes in the show are cringy. Seriously it's show for kids but is it funny when someone talks with his feet? I really think that this cartoon is brainwashing for kids. Even the graphic looks awful, but okay the show is about a story. But please if you want to watch this or you want your kid to watch this- NO. There's a lot of good cartoons on Disney XD like Gravity falls or star butterfly vs forces of evil. And now try to compare these shows with right now kapow.
