I must say the first episode in season 6 of Cold Feet maintained the high standards of the first five seasons. Season 5 was broadcast in 2003, so it's been over a decade between drinks for the Mancunian folks we grew to love. Even Helen Baxendale makes a fleeting appearance in this episode, in an omen type of scene.
Some say the revival of Cold Feet is like This Life + 10. One sort of similarity is a new wife entering the circle. In This Life + 10 it was Me-Linh (Linh Dan Pham), in the Cold Feet revival it's Angela Zubayr (Karen David). One character I wish would return is Ramona Ramirez, the Spanish nanny played by Jacey Salles. She was a breakout character in the original run of Cold Feet and her return would be more than welcome.
