This is what I want to see in Orange is the new Black. That ending with that music... This is exactly the reason I watched this show. All the episodes before were honestly kind of meh. It was all too over the top, too silly. Especially for this seasons theme. A prison riot. They could have made it a lot grittier and darker up until this point. Now, the ending scene of this episode was what really got me. Great music, great acting, shocking moments... More of that please!

Orange is the New Black Season 5 Episode 8
Review : This Parvez story is as boring and slow as the previous episode. Attempts have been made to start a new storyline but that too is not very interesting. The stories are being trained so much that nothing looks good when they are made big. This is probably why its overall rating is below 8.
Acting : Not a very good one and not a very bad one.
Direction : Not a very good direction.
Story : Not a very good story.
Dialogue : The dialogue of this episode is also not very good.
Background Score : Very low background scores have been used.
Soundtrack : If there is one thing that is good about the episode, it is the soundtrack of the episode.
Cinematography : Pretty good.
Editing : Good.
Lighting : Pretty fine.
Overall Episode : Judging from all sides, I gave this episode eight stars out of ten.

Daya's story

Diaz had to turn herself in for shooting a corrections officer or else there's no impunity option. Her mother learned that on a tv program from Judy King. Dayanara's story is sad. It is hilarious how they hit on those good looking man held prisoner with the corrections officers. Tif is locked up because the crackheads hold a grudge against her since she blew one of them's finger and broke the other one's nose.
