When she wakes up at the end she doesn't have black hair like when she was hit by the car and she also doesn't have the extra weight that she had at the start. Since it was already Christmas time when she got hit and still Christmas time when she woke up it wouldn't seem that she had time for her hair to grow out and the weight to go away.
