I can't believe this 'film' is on IMDb and has good reviews. I can't think of a single good thing about this film and it's instantly regrettable to watch about thirty seconds in. Stupid film.

A Great Short

A great short. With some excellent imagery. Grande Macabre is a nice title. The use of the axe is particularly memorable It has an excellent storyline. It's also very creepy. I like the effects used which make look more atmospheric. The acting good. Excellent use of music to add to the feel of the film. The editing and sound design are great. I like the use of the cain. The grandma mask is great. Grand Macabre looks and sounds better than some shorts with much higher budgets. It's well written and the use of black and white really adds to the feel of the film. The voice of grandma is great.The bit where Grandma appears is really chilling. The ending is great. The credits are well done. Although its a horror it's not too gory and it doesn't contain much bad language. So it would be suitable for teenagers aged 15 and up. Rather than just adults.
