When the govt vehicle pulled up to Amanda's house - Two soldiers got out. The driver was an officer, and the other was a Sgt. Military protocol would require that the Sgt would have driven the vehicle - not the officer.
Sgt Mullins mentioned a bonus if he re-enlisted. A master Sgt would not be eligible for a cash re-up Bonus. That is reserved for first and second re-enlistments. (and under limited circumstances, possibly a third),
The air museum used near the opening has a plane hanging from the ceiling with a Canadian registration number (begins with a C, US planes begin with an N). This reveals the movie was filmed in Canada, not the US as depicted.

Jim indicates he reenlisted in order to get the bonus because the bike needed a home. He wouldn't have known that Amanda was going to auction the bike.
When Amanda introduces her boyfriend Craig to her tenant Jim in the museum halfway through the movie, she must have forgotten she already introduced them the day her tenant moved in.
Daquon's brother was supposedly in the singing quartet. They were not the same person.
