A poetic short film of a brave young man's difficult transition.

This is a beautifully narrated story of one young man's brave transition at an early age, after the realisation that the female image he was born with, doesn't match the person he is to become.

Filmed in Devon, the shots perfectly capture the simplicity of a very ordinary town, yet suggest we are being led into an extraordinary story.

Kay Browning articulately self-narrates his story. A gritty, expressive style with a comfortable tempo.

This short film finishes wonderfully. For me, it sums up the piece effectively and with a personal touch.
