So that was clearly wrong. Also, street signs and buildings are not Dutch. This must have been taped somewhere in Germany, Austria or eastern Europe, but not in Amsterdam (the Netherlands).
In the opening scene, the character Leslie Claret asks "how many FILL-A welds would you use in that scenario, John?" While filet (fill-a) and fillet (fill-it) are almost interchangeable when referring to boneless cuts of meat, the only correct term for welding is fillet (fill-it).
