Ice Sharks (2016)

Goofs

Ice Sharks

Edit

Continuity

At about two minutes into the movie, the dog sled driver puts his gloves on. Until his death, his hands are alternately shown with gloves and without gloves. As he is pulled into the water, he is grasping the snow with his bare hands.
At minute 27:00, the red bag Sammy is carrying which has no rope attached, suddenly has a rope tied to the bag, and to his foot.
At the beginning, as the dogs are pulling the sled into the water, the driver is standing upright but the next shot shows him bending over with his right hand in the snow. He then falls off the sled face down but the next shot shows him on his back. We can clearly see there is nothing attaching him to the sled but he suddenly has a red rope around his ankle which drags him into the water. The goggles which were on his forehead have mysteriously disappeared as well.

Factual errors

At minute 1:16 Alex sets a single tank torch apparatus on the table and says "This will work underwater" Wrong, to work underwater requires a dual tank torch with both a fuel gas and an oxygen tank.
At minute 36:00, a propane torch is taped to a 5 gallon propane tank. First: LPG tanks are not 1/4" steel. Second: The LPG torch is held on with duct tape which will burn much faster than the larger LPG tank. Third: An LP torch doesn't produce a flame hot enough to burn through any steel. Fourth, when the two tanks are tossed in the water... the LP torch requires air to burn and will never burn under water.
