When Elliot, Tyrell and the lab worker (this same lab worker is always seen on screen eating something) are in the elevator together. The lab worker is eating a hamburger, on the hamburger wrap it says "The Red Wheelbarrow BBQ" . When Dom (Grace Gummer) and Agent Santiago (Omar Metwally) initially interrogate Darlene (Carly Chaikin), he tells Darlene that she isn't "on some TV show" and "this isn't Burn Notice." He also says there are no "blue skies" for her, and that "characters like [her] are not welcome here." These are references to USA Network, the station that aired Mr. Robot, and their slogan at the time, "Characters Welcome," and programming approach, "blue sky," and the most popular program fitting that approach being Burn Notice (2007), which ran from 2006-2012.
