S2 E2 is one of the most ridiculous episodes I've seen thus far. Wendy would be protected by spousal privilege under law and couldn't be compelled to partake in the OPR investigation or give evidence against her husband. This is a fact that Chuck himself states in an earlier episode. BUT he doesn't think to even mention this protection, let alone have his wife rely on it, when he's informed that his wife is going to be questioned by the investigator. The entire show feels like it's written by someone who understands nothing about the law, or finance, or even story writing for that matter (because the plot has so many holes and just defies LOGIC)!
