- Iqbal and Sille are best friends and have always lived next door to each other. Their street must undergo urban regeneration and Easelman and The Swine will unluckily be in charge of the project. For the construction project is in fact a cover to get their hands on the oil they have discovered beneath Blågårdsgade. Iqbal and Sille must now fight against the villains and get the money to buy back their building, so they don't have to move away from each other. When Iqbal discovers a chip with magic energy, the kids manage to convince Easelman and The Swine to buy the chip so they can reclaim their building. But the villains deceive the children, and now Iqbal, Sille and the grown-ups in Blågårdsgade must put in every effort to retrieve the chip and expose the villains' secret plan.
- Iqabl's family and Copenhague neighborhood friend families are desperate, as they face eviction. Their Blågårdsgade apartment block has been bought by Easelman and The Swine, recently released ex-cons Iqbal helped jail, who got permits for a development project but secretly plan exploiting petroleum discovered there. When Iqbal and his friends discover a mysterious computer chip, which produces free energy as a perpetuum mobile, they realize it's worth a fortune but instead of selling it full-value choose to offer it to by their homes back from the crooks before it's all torn down. However the villains don't actually pay up, as Iqbal discovers while his mates bag on him playing the rich benefactor rather then getting on. Now they must enlist everybody's help for a complicated plan elaborated to outsmart and expose the crooks, who smell a rat and stop at nothing.—KGF Vissers
