[Sable lowers her guns and the cables fall off of Spider-Man]
Spider-Man : Yuri? Explanation, please.
Yuri Watanabe : This is Silver Sablinova, head of Sable International, a private security force. Paid for by Mayor Osborn.
Spider-Man : Oh, the mayor has a pet army now?
Silver Sable : Next time you get in my way, I will not be so gentle.

[Sable has caught up to Spider-Man at an Oscorp building and has him at gunpoint]
Silver Sable : You harass my men, destroy my equipment, and cost my client millions. Give me one good reason I should not kill you right now.
Spider-Man : Listen- I don't like you, you don't like me. But Li has your client inside this building right now and he's gonna kill him if we don't do something. We can fight each other, or we can fight Li. But not both.
[Sable hesitates, then slowly lowers her guns and holsters them. She then swipes a card to open the doors]
Spider-Man : This mean we're good?
Silver Sable : You will help me secure Norman. After that, I make no promises.
Spider-Man : Works for me.

[Spider-Man is badly hurt after his fight with Doctor Octopus and is lying on the floor of the lab. Silver Sable, her men, and Morgan Michaels enter the room and walk up to him]
Silver Sable : Hey... Hey...
Spider-Man : [weakly] Where's... Otto?
Silver Sable : Gone. I would not worry about him right now.
Dr. Morgan Michaels : He needs a hospital.
Spider-Man : No... no hospital.
[Sable and Michaels help him up]
Spider-Man : F.E.A.S.T...

Spider-Man : [seeing an explosion at the Raft prison] I thought you said the Raft was secure?
Yuri Watanabe : It was. Let's go.
[Spider-Man jumps onto her helicopter]
Yuri Watanabe : Maybe it's not as bad as it looks.
Spider-Man : Love the optimism. But in my experience, when it looks bad, it's usually worse.
[sees Electro]
Spider-Man : Look out!
[Electro blasts the helicopter, sending it spinning out of control]
Spider-Man : Yuri!
Yuri Watanabe : I'm slipping!
Spider-Man : [grabs hold of her] Gotcha. Hold on!
[pulls up on the joystick, sending the helicopter into a controlled crash, shooting webs out at the last second before it crashes]

Spider-Man : [to Kingpin] Finally off to Ryker's, huh? You know, I think you've got more enemies in there than I do.
Wilson Fisk : If you think this will be more then a minor inconvenience...
Spider-Man : Whoop, gotta go. By the way, good luck, Wille. I have a feeling you're gonna need it.
[swings away]
Wilson Fisk : Idiot! I'm the one who kept order in this city! One month! In one month, you'll wish you had me back!

Sable Agent : [after Mary Jane takes down another Sable agent] Hey!
[to Sable]
Sable Agent : Boss, we got her.
[Mary Jane pushes a shelf down in front of the door, blocking it]
Mary Jane Watson : Pete, you here?
Spider-Man : Turning off Lex now. Are you OK?
Mary Jane Watson : I will be in a few seconds. Northwest corner.
[as she runs to the balcony, Sable shoots through the glass door with her blaster. Mary Jane climbs up on the balcony]
Mary Jane Watson : Hey, you ready?
Spider-Man : Wait, wait, wait, hold on.
Mary Jane Watson : Too late. You're up.
[she jumps off the balcony just as Sable and the agents approach. She falls through the air until Spider-Man catches her]
Spider-Man : You are crazy.
Mary Jane Watson : You're amazing.

Dr. Morgan Michaels : [after he and Silver Sable bring Spider-Man to F.E.A.S.T for treatment] I need to speak with your head doctor.
Miles Morales : Uh, there's no doctors here.
Dr. Morgan Michaels : Who's running this place?
Miles Morales : Me, mostly.
Dr. Morgan Michaels : Okay. Well, it's been a while, but I'll do my best. I'll need masks, gloves, whatever you have that's sterile.
[Miles runs off to grab supplies]
Spider-Man : [looks up at Sable while lying on a bed] Thank... you.
Silver Sable : You can thank me by not dying.

Spider-Man : [Spider-Man has rescued Yuri from her crashing helicopter and lowers her safely to the ground] You okay?
Yuri Watanabe : Yeah.
[Electro bursts in through the ceiling]
Electro : Welcome to the party! Just in time for the fireworks!
[fires an electric blast that releases all the prisoners in the Raft]
Spider-Man : Electro? Why is he letting everyone out?
Yuri Watanabe : I'll head for the main control center and see how bad the situation is.
Spider-Man : Got it. I'll go join the party.
[they both run off in different directions]

Yuri Watanabe : [Yuri and her men are pinned down by Fisk's thugs] Get more backup! And lock down the airspace!
[Spider-Man lands beside her]
Spider-Man : Yuri, you okay?
Yuri Watanabe : If he makes it out of the building we're gonna lose him.
Spider-Man : I'm gonna go, uh...
[he points at the firing thugs]
Yuri Watanabe : [nods] Do your thing.
Spider-Man : Yes!

Spider-Man : [trying to keep a truck from falling; sees a train coming] Great, now the 3 decides to run on time.
[he pulls on his webs, pulling the truck up just before the train passes below. As he's pulling the truck back, the Demon gang member tries to ram him with his truck. As he closes in, Jeff comes driving up in his police car and rams the Demon's truck, sending both of them sprawling. Jeff crawls out of his overturned car and sees the Demon gang member stumbling towards Spider-Man. Just as he raises his gun, Jeff punches him down, then falls to the ground himself]

Spider-Man : [after the fire] Is May okay?
Mary Jane Watson : Everyone is safe.
Spider-Man : M.J, if it weren't for you and Miles, I would've been...
Mary Jane Watson : -as dead as I would've been the last 8 1/2 thousand times you saved me. Pretty sure I still owe you a few.
Spider-Man : Heh-Ow. That smarts.
Mary Jane Watson : Hey. I'm sorry I screwed things up. It's just... hard being the one who always gets saved, you know? Sometimes I want to do the saving.
Spider-Man : I'm sorry I made you feel like you couldn't. Still partners?
Mary Jane Watson : Always.

Spider-Man : Sounds like he could teach me a few things.

Spider-Man : [getting a call] That's Miles's mom. Hello?
Rio Morales : Mr. Parker, it's Rio Morales. I want to thank you for getting Miles the job at the F.E.A.S.T shelter.
Spider-Man : Glad to. And please call me Peter. "Mr. Parker" is... probably someone more together than me.
Rio Morales : I should tell you, he has reservations. I finally gave him a choice, this or more therapy. He needs this. He just hates to feel like a victim, or be pitied.
Spider-Man : Gotcha, I'm the same way. I'll let Aunt May know, and I'll make sure I'm there his first day.
Rio Morales : Thank you again. This means a lot to both of us.

Spider-Man : Mind if I join in on the fun?
Yuri Watanabe : You know how his lawyers are... this one needs to go by the book.
Spider-Man : C'mon Yuri, I've been waiting eight years for this.
Yuri Watanabe : You really want to help? Head to Times Square, sounds like his guys are trying to keep my backup from reaching the scene...
