- The film deals heavily with the subject of underage prostitution, pimp, brothel and has quite a bit of sexual dialogue. However, barring several scenes with shirtless males, and females wearing only bra and panties, there is no nudity whatsoever. Several scenes with implied prostitute sex involving protagonist. Nothing explicit.
Violence & Gore

- Select graphic gory violence during the finale shootout.
- A woman's dead body is seen on the side of the road.
- A man is shot through a door with a shotgun. We see him with a gunshot wound on his chest before he's briefly executed off-screen. A woman is shot through her back and we see the wound on her frontside. She is then brutally shot in the back of her head and we see her skull come apart. The scene is brief but disturbing and we see both victims scream in agony.
- Mike is knocked out. When regains consciousness Mike is threatened at gunpoint and pistol whipped.
- A man is pistol whipped and we see his bleeding broken nose.
- Two dead bodies are seen.
- A man is shot multiple times in the stomach and chest before being kicked out of a moving car.

- In a flashback, Mike and Burke pull over a man. Burke walks to the car alone when he's shot suddenly. The shooter gets out of the car and fires at Mike. Mike blindly shoots back. During the shootout Mike is shot in the side before he shoots the man in the chest multiple times.
- We come back to the flashback and it's discovered that Mike's blind fire hit the trunk of the shooter's car. They open the trunk and see that a woman tied in the back of the car was killed by his shooting.
- Bear is shot in the arm while driving. He screams before being shot in the head.
- Mike shoots a man in the leg before he's shot in the stomach.
