Warning: Spoilers
Honestly I find the strength of the programme is the story lines that major on the McCords family rather than the sometimes shallow political intrigues. For political intrigues you can't beat West Wing or 24. So the show should major on its unique strength which is to give the family of the Secretary of State a human face. The first series did that well. The second series veered from that and I found it weak. It's as if the programme makers felt pressurised to make up some political story lines. The problem with this was that they felt simplistic and/or rushed. Until this episode. **Spoiler Alert ** The best and most touching scene is the final when Henry hugs Dimitri. I had tears welling up in my eyes. This is the strength of this show. The human aspect in global politics. The lives of the decision makers close up.

Well done. Excellent!
