El Padre's shoulder wound changes to a wound on the upper arm once at the hospital.

The volume of eggnog in the bowl changes from one shot to the next.

Kurt tells Don that it is 85 degrees, and then Adrianna comes through to turn the dial up further. But when Don goes to turn it back down afterwards it is still at 85.
