- The classic "puff-puff" joke that has been a staple of the series is in the game. "Puff-puff" refers to the act of a person placing their face in between a woman's breasts, although the player cannot actually see it (it is mentioned only the dialogue and even the girl who offers it is shown pointing at her cleavage when she offers it). Some Playboy bunnies make an appearance in the game alongside girlie magazines.
