The film's title derives from Buffalo band, Every Time I Die. Their song "InRihab" features a line, "Condemned with you all, Goddamn you all". Director/Writer was having trouble getting a name for the film, but when he was listening to the song in his car, he decided that the lyric sounded perfect for a movie title.
Mick O'Keefe (Stephen) was Josh Gad's stunt double on "Marshall" during the production of "Condemned With You All". He almost dropped out of filming, thinking he wouldn't be able to work around both films, but director Kellen Pembleton talked him into staying on the project.
The scenes with the party goer extras were shot in two days, back to back. When the crew returned to set the second day, the balloons were found deflated. Instead of going back to Party City to buy more balloons, they decided to tape the balloons to the ceiling.
Shot inside the same house as the horror film, "Emelie".
Jason John Beebe's character (Daniel) was originally going to be dressed up as "Popeye" and the original scripted line that his girlfriend says to him was "You look like a gay sailor". This had to be changed due to wardrobe issues. His costume later was changed to "The Crow" and it was Jason's idea for the switch. The line was changed to "You look like a gay Alice Cooper".
