- Underwear can be censored in the debug menu, this makes a black shading under female characters skirts, though you can still take underwear shots. To get underwear shots without taking pictures, press P. (Which will give you 20)
- In the older builds, you could be naked but the cleavage would be covered by clouds, if you saw through the clouds of a student there is no nipples or genitalia, same for the main character, now its censored with towels for every student.
- the manga covers have these girls topless ( there nipples are covered up by light)
- The game is about a teenager who will do anything to be with the one she loves. Yandere-Chan can change her panties for different boosts and power ups, one of the pairs is very lewd. In the intro, Info-Chan mentions that she blackmails girls into taking panty shots which she sells to boys. Info-Chan says that if Yandere-Chan needs anything then she can text her a panty shot in exchange for info. Yandere-Chan can take photos of high school girls' panties which is seen by other students as "Disgusting!"
- The panty shots can also be saved. When you are seen taking lewd photos by a teacher she will say "I saw that! You disgusting pervert! That is completely unacceptable!" Panties are seen at many points in the game even when you are trying to avoid them.
- Two Characters can appear naked including you. Though all genitalia and breasts are covered by steam clouds. You can take a shower naked while bloody to clean off any evidence. Kokona is seen taking a bath though her breasts like always are covered by smoke and her genitals are not visible.
- Two Characters have seemingly unnatural sized breasts so when Kokona is naked you can easily see the sides of her breasts. With a key command you can alter the size of your characters breasts which can seemingly be sexual when they are heavily enlarged.
- All female students wear Japanese school uniforms which have short skirts but they are not meant to be revealing. The Guidance Counselor wears a low cut shirt partially exposing her breasts. She wears no tights, only translucent leggings but where her panties/genitalia are supposed to be it is just black mostly due to her not being fully implemented in the game yet.
Violence & Gore

- The game involves severe depictions of violence against school children.
- The player character Ayano's main objective is to "eliminate" her rivals. While there are non-violent ways to do this, the most popular is murder. There are many different ways to kill in the game, including stabbing, dismembering with a saw, pushing off the roof of a building, setting on fire, etc. Corpses will have pools of blood beneath them if killed in a method that would result in blood. Ayano's body and clothes will be covered in blood. Killing animations get more detailed and violent the more murders you commit in a row. Corpses have no wounds no matter how they are killed. After dismembering someone, you can pick up and walk around with their heads and other body parts.
- Though the game is overall very violent, most of it isn't very realistic. Violence committed while using mods may even be humorous to some.( Example, there is a mod based on the anime 'One Punch Man'. When you punch someone while using this mod, the fly all over the place.)
- Even though the gore isn't too realistic and doesn't have much guts, it can still be extremely disturbing to certain players.
- Many types of ways to murder people including: killing with knives and sharp objects, katanas, baseball bats, circular saws (can also dismember bodies) axes etc
- In the game, if you dismember a person it will be very gory with lots of blood and actual wounds.
- Some of the most graphic kills include, ritualistic dismemberment, burning people to death, slowly stabbing someone to death on their face, killing with a katana, sawing in between someone's body, snap mode kills and torturing someone until they commit murder suicide from insanity (stabbing chest graphically and stabbing their own neck and bleeding out) this game is DEFINITELY not for kids
- easter eggs can dismember students in a very bloody way
- If you shred a corpse, lots of blood come out in a bucket and plays gross sounds.

- The game does have the use of "hell" and "ass", aswell as words like ''damn'' and ''ciggies'' "pissed", though, this could be considered in the article that explains what this game contains in the ''Alcohol, Drugs and Smoking'' box.

- Info-Chan will allow you to trade panty shots (the game's form of currency) for a pack of cigarettes. One character asks if you can obtain these for her, however, it has been said by the developer that she doesn't actually smoke, and only pretends to to "give herself an image"
- Musume Ronshaku in the older builds would ask you for cigarettes.
- In the 80s mode, you can put narcotics in a rival's bag.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The game's still doesn't have an official ESRB rating, but it is considered an Adults Only (18+) rated game for being banned on the streaming website Twitch and for it's violent content. However, the "1980's Mode" of the game is allowed on the website, meaning this mode would be considered to be rated Mature (17+). The description for this game would be: Blood and Gore, Drug Reference, Intense Violence, Language, Partial Nudity, Sexual Content.
- The developer of this game, YandereDev, is aiming for a Mature (17+) rating and plans to unban it from Twitch. Therefore, the explicit and violent content may be toned down or removed on the final version.

- This game was banned from Twitch, no one knows why, people suspect it's either because of heavy blood and gore or the nudity of underage girls.

- In The Stalker House, the Stalker's sister tells her friend that her brother was watching "h*ntai and playing p**n games" on his computer with the door (in his room) being locked.
- A student that is currently named Kokona Haruka is described as a sexual deviant and she is payed by middle aged men to go on dates implying pedophilia. This is done out of desperation to pay off her dad's debt.
- Kokona also references being sexually abused by her dad when she says "...Ever since my mom died, my dad's been drinking a lot...sometimes, when he's drunk, he comes into my room and..." (It is however explained that he just cries about being in debt)The conversation is then abandoned when she says "forget I ever said anything." You can gossip that she was engaging in compensated dating on the internet which sometimes leads to harsh insults written on her desk (See: Profanity).
Violence & Gore
- If your character has a "game over", you can turn on "Snap Mode" which makes the screen turn into a dark blackish-red kind of color, Ayano Aisha (the character) will kill students out of rage and some noises such as blood splatting and body snapping can be heard, she also will stab herself and then her "senpai" Taro while saying "if I can't have you, no one can"
- The most violent ending in the game is one where Ayano grabs Osana by her hair and pulls her into a fan that is turned on. Her head slowly gets chopped up as blood gets splattered everywhere. She is seen screaming in pain and shock before dying. This can be censored, but some blood and the sounds can still be heard.
