General William Cogswell is presented as a four star general, per the stars on the lapel of his field utilities. This is incredibly unlikely. In current times, four star designation is held by very high level positions - those who command significant regions or branches of the services. It seems incredulous to consider a four star general being put on assignment to train the fledgling army of a small nation, regardless it's strategic significance.
