Continuity

During the shootout. the SUV's windows are broken in scenes where Ward and Jakoby are crouching, and not initially broken when they stand up to shoot.
When Ward and Jakoby run out of the safe house to catch Tikka, their SUV is moved a car length forward than where they initially parked it.
Altamira's truck was on the right side of the road during their pursuit of the officer's vehicle, which was on the left side of the road. After Ward shoots the gang's driver with a taser, Jakoby turns right to smash into it, but the cut scene shows the vehicles switched, with the Altamira's truck on the left side and turning right to smash into the police SUV.
When Brown talks to Ward in the locker room, his arm was lying on the locker, but the following cut scene has both of his hands holding the dipping tobacco.
Tikka dropped the wand on the ground after she shot the car. The wand appears in the following cut scene to the police officers in the safe house. No one other than Tikka could have brought the wand back in the safe house, and it is unlikely that Tikka went back inside.

Factual errors

When Ward & Jakoby are dispatched to the unknown disturbance, they are advised to respond Code 2.. They immediately make a u-turn and hit their lights & sirens. Code 2 is lights only. It's used for expedited responses that require a silent approach.. Code 3 is a lights & sirens response..
When Darryl and Jacoby pass by the orc gang members an orc is holding a Dodge truck up by holding the hood so a short orc can retrieve a soccer ball. That portion of the hood isn't strong enough to lift the front end of the truck by and would bend in real life.

Miscellaneous

When Ward, Jacobi, and Tikki are in the convenience store, the clerk inches toward the window. Ward warns him to step away, and the clerk is shot from the outside. However, the blood stain from the squib appears the just before the first bullet hits him.

Plot holes

When Ward and Jakoby first encounter Tikka at around 35 mins into the movie, as she falls onto the ground she is holding and using the wand, it's in her hand and glowing brightly, Ward yells "What is that, drop it!" after she shoots a car with it, then they take the wand. (If you look closely, Tikka is wearing gloves at the time the car explodes outside the safe house, so Daryl and Nick Assumed the wand set off the explosion just by being dropped by Tikka.)

Much later in the movie after running from everyone who wants the wand, she picks it up and uses it again, and Ward exclaims that it would have been very useful to know earlier that she could do that.
