Storyline

The Skull King (Justin Michael Terry, playing a character based on the Anthrax Evil Twin artwork) glowers in a great hall, overlooking a medieval model city. In the dungeon below, people are executed one by one until only a lone Hero (James Duval) remains. As the king crushes his model city in addition to his enemies, a modern city rises from the rubble, along with the implications that maybe this torture and torment isn't unique to ancient times.
