Kent speculates that Maura's cognitive symptoms are caused by a Chiari Malformation. While part of the dialogue is accurate (that Chiari malformations are genetic and that they can manifest symptoms in adulthood), Chiari malformations do not cause the kind of symptoms Maura is experiencing (cognitive lapses, word-finding issues (also known as anomia)). Earlier in the season, Maura mentions that her temporal lobe may have been damaged, which would account for her symptoms, but the Chiari malformation is located in or near the cerebellum, an entirely different brain structure in a different location. Cerebellar dysfunction can cause balance problems, swallow dysfunction, and other symptoms, but not likely anomia or cognitive lapses.
When Angela is having math problem Maura shows her the Ulam Spiral as the example of how beautiful math is. She circles prime numbers as they appear on diagonal, but as for chief medical examiner she should definitely know that 1 is not a prime number.
When Korsak tells Frankie that the victim had an admissions pass to the Boston Convention Center the next scene starts with an aerial shot meant to show the convention center but it is actually a view of downtown Atlanta. You can clearly see the former Georgia Dome, the CNN Center, and Phillips Arena (now State Farm Arena).
Jane and Vince show Christine video footage of her wallet being stolen and Vince asks how she came to be in possession of her wallet "in light of this photo". He should've said "video".
