An unfunny by-the-numbers family comedy about a romance between two people of different contexts that manages to be excruciatingly painful, and offensive.

Warning: Spoilers
This movie's awkwardness makes itself present in its very first 15 minutes as by then you will be completely able to predict how is the story going to play out, what the climax is going to be, and how it's going to end. Most of the comedy is based around typical Peruvian humour (no offense to Peruvians as I am one myself), which consists of offensive stereotypes (regarding gays in this one), "funny" voice tones along with insult comedy, unbelievably naive hot chicks, etc. The rest consists of overused clichés (such as walking while looking cool to then fall to the ground) and several, incredibly rare, funny moments. As I mentioned before, this film suffers from incredibly lazy and poor writing (e.g. a character brought at the beginning just a few minutes before being killed off without any development and just in time for the movie to transition to several years later), as most of it makes no sense whatsoever and it all gets insultingly rushed and uninspired (even more) at the end. At this point, we can safely say that Peruvian cinema has a bright future ahead of itself.
