Continuity

When Elsbeth Tascioni is meeting with Eli Gold and Peter Florrick, she is writing on a notepad. When she finishes writing, the pen disappears and appears from her hand several times between takes.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Alicia's hands in 5.40 (close-up) are not hers. Hers can be seen at 23.43, and the nail shape and length is clearly different.

The first shot is of long nails in the morning (approximately 9am). The shot at 23.43 is well after dark, 12 hours or more later, with short nails. She may have had occasion to trim her nails in the meanwhile, such as chipping a nail in the process of opening a difficult seal on a government document (as shown). Or some other incident that is not shown. If it were that the nails were longer, that would be one thing, but they are shorter, and the trimming of nails is a minor incident in someone's life, so it would not be shown. The evidence for lack of continuity is inconclusive and predicated by conjecture.

Revealing mistakes

Arabic text is displayed but because unlike how the words appear in the Arabic language , the words displayed didn't have the letters connected and are complete garble.

Miscellaneous

According to his file, Lance Hopper was born in February 1997, which means that he would have just turned 19 at the time the episode takes place. However, according to his bio, he was already a college student when he disappeared two years previously, which means he would have had to start college at the age of 16 the latest.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

Lance Hopper was described as having been born and raised in Chicago, but his file clearly said that his place of birth was Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
