- Tori orders Mason out of the resuscitation as Alan and Jackie arrive. Brendan tells Mason he's going to consent to organ donation but Beth is already dead. Coco returns home and even though Ben and Maggie try to hide Ziggy's absence from her, she leaves her a message asking her to come home. VJ fields a call from Mick at the beach house and realises it wasn't from the facility; Irene learns he has been released. While VJ and Ash work on getting out an AVO and sorting out Luc's adoption, Irene gets contacted by Mick's case worker, Pete Sands, and learns he has been beaten up at the halfway house. She tells Ash, VJ and Tori that Mick will stay away from Luc but has secretly arranged for him to stay at the motel.—skteosk
- Brendan offers donating his late wife's hart just after Mason had to be stopped from attempting to keep Beth's going in surgery, and her parents -notably father Alan- blame him for taking her to the beach, shattering his ambition to study medicine, while Tori tries to appease them and accept Elise's organs for up to eight other patients. VJ realizing the latest call he discarded from mick came from outside the psych ward, he and Irene realize he's paroled, but manage to temper Ash to seeking a restraining order for Luc. his case worker Pete Sands discretely invites Irene to the halfway-house, where she finds her wayward son battered and secretly arranges a motel, while telling the home front he's reformed and won't be around to bother anyone again.—KGF Vissers
