- Leah is just telling Alf she's thinking the Astonis are okay when VJ comes home with his story, while Maggie and Coco criticise Ben. Maggie drags Ben round next day to apologise but Leah and VJ aren't convinced. However, after being filled in on Coco's actions, they make genuine apologies and also promise to share the plans for the pier. VJ is friendly to Coco at school but thinks she should make friends her own age. Coco posts a photo claiming everything is awesome. Olivia shows Hunter that his letter to Wally Burns was returned but they later find him around town. He says he was on his way to a conference in Sydney but can't be Hunter's father.—skteosk
- VJ's horror experience with Ben's 'hospitality' renders Leah furious, but Alf counsels patience and Maggie gets Ben to apologize, first clearly halfhearted, but after he learns about VJ's perils sincerely and accepted gracefully. Coco is harder to appease, grumbling the move turned over her entire life and forbidding her only option to make friends as asked is absurd, which is semi-accepted apart from the lies, but VJ smoothens things. Hunter abandons the idea of looking for Wally as presumed father, getting no response to his letter, but Olivia recognizes him from gran's photo and finds him leaving Summer Beach so they contact him again. He drops by on the way to Sidney but assures Hunter he can't be his biological father.—KGF Vissers
