Chava uses the expression 'By the Ashla', referring to the spirit of the galaxy, or another name for the Force. Ashla was the name given to the light side of the Force in George Lucas earliest drafts of Star Wars while 'Bogan' referred to the dark side. Also, Ahsoka Tano was named Ashla during early development of the Clone Wars series.
Composer Kevin Kiner based the spiritual music cues from Legends of the Lasat on the work of Philip Glass (source: Starwars.com).
The working title was "Legacy of the Lasat", but this was altered when an earlier episode in the same season was renamed "Legacy".
The small Aurebesh text on the screen inside the Ghosts' cockpit translates to 'Hyperdrive failure'. It is then replaced larger Aurebesh letters that read 'Warning'. When Kallus is talking to them through the intercom, another screen reads 'cargo station'. Later, after Hera mentions that the hyperdrive is activating , the text on the screen reads 'Input course'.
