Nikki's fur jacket on the bathroom floor (and subsequently, when she's wearing it), is clean of the mud she was beaten up in.
When the sex tape is being played at Emmit's house, a camera icon, the letter A, [REC] & the battery level indicator (showing two out of three bars) are all visible on the screen. These would not be seen on the TV as this is a recording; these items only appear on the camcorder monitor screen at the time of recording and are not part of the resulting video. Additionally, when Nikki tells Ray, "Let's make a sex tape" the battery level indicator on the monitor screen of the camcorder is down to one bar, not two.
Nikki attempts to blackmail Sy and Emmit by demanding $200,000 to tell Emmit's wife the truth about the fabricated sex tape. Being that she and Emmit had been married many years, his wife would have had to know about Ray and his resemblance to Emmit, and therefore Emmit or Sy could have explained the tape on their own.
