Plot

An under-cover police detective using his front as a musician is sent to Northern Ireland to infiltrate the IRA and ends up laundering money for Shin Fein and NORAID whilst in London he gets tied up with the Triads and code-named The Hand. He soon uncovers an international sex-trafficking network. When he attempts the rescue of a beautiful girl named Sapphire, he goes head-to-head with ruthless gang boss Low Dai but ends up becoming her confidante and begins to get seduced by the dark side..—Red Butane
