Factual errors

When Manny enters the kitchen while Claire is looking for a corkscrew, he tells her it's in the "third drawer from the left", when it's actually the third drawer from the right, or since there are only three drawers in that section, simple "the drawer on the left".
Manny covers up his drought resistant garden to keep the rain off it. While drought resistant gardens do well with no water they don't need to be covered during rain.
Mitch & Cam allow all the girls at Lily's birthday party to jump in the pool for a swim during an electrical storm.

Revealing mistakes

To get the party started, Mitchell and Cameron try dancing to "Brick House" on a hand cranked emergency radio. When the power runs out, the song slows to a crawl and stops. That would happen if it were a record player or a tape player, but not to a radio; the song should have stopped abruptly when the power was cut. In addition when the song resumes it picks up where it left off rather than later in the song as a broadcast would.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

Phil struggles to open a jar and can't. Jay twists it open but there's no pop from the release of the vacuum seal.

Character error

When Manny says, "I see my espresso machine didn't make the cut", he says "expresso".
