This episode is the start of the Season Three Endgame. Bojack fires Princess Carolyn, the first in a series of split-ups that will haunt the remaining four episodes.
Surely, this is one of the better episodes in the show. It's less of a story and more of an in-depth character study on both Horseman and Carolyn. The show excellently contrasts sadness with ridiculousness. The waiter must become the head chef. Taking place in a restaurant, it is reminiscent of the legendary episode of "Fawlty Towers" "The Germans." It's not quite as funny, but it's even more intelligent.
Kicking off the Season Three Endgame with great television.
