This leads Shelby and Alex switch key cards so Alex can find out what happened to her father. Alex is able to access her s journals from Omaha, where she learns that her dad and Liam made a critical mistake and their handler got rid of crucial evidence in order to keep the bureau from getting into more trouble.
Miranda is searching an apartment and discovers a bunch of monitors and the schematics of a building. She turns around to face and gets shot by Liam.
So despite all the red herrings, false trails, the voice, it was Liam. Is he a lone wolf or part of a conspiracy?
