Creep: An Homage to Classic Horror (2015)
** (out of 4)
A woman is out on a date when the guy gets a bit too fresh so she gets out of the car and begins to walk. Soon she runs into a creeper who begins to chase her.
This six-minute short film was directed and written by Daymond C. Roman and as the title tells you it's a tribute to classic horror. By classic horror we're not talking about Universal or Hammer but instead, I'm guessing, the 80's slasher craze. For the most part this is a mildly entertaining short, although there really isn't anything here that makes you want to really recommend it. The violence is off screen and the killer goes without a costume or mask.
As someone who watches quite a bit of shorts this here was worth watching but there certainly wasn't anything ground-breaking.
