Kara and Alice go into a laundromat which is running 24 hours, 7 days a week. Most American laundromat and washateria are no longer 24-7, in a post-2010 society, due to cutting overhead business operation costs. For a game set in 2038, there is no way that washateria could have been operating 24-7.
When interrogating the station androids after the attack on the Stratford Tower, Connor asks their model number. They say their model number as GB300, while their uniform clearly shows their model number is JB300.
During the Eden Club investigation, when Connor is viewing the androids' memories, the display screens and lighting effects will continue to play in normal time, even if the memory Connor is viewing is paused.
While in the evidence room as Connor, the reflection on the walls does not match the room Connor is in. In the reflection there is no evidence on the walls at all.
The game is meant to take place in the United States, but several things reveal it to be made by non-Americans and poorly localized. Todd's house having a toilet in its own room separate from the shower and sink is not something commonly seen in American homes, but is more common in Europe. Sumo's dog food bag has the words "Beef Flavour" on it, using a spelling one would not see in America. In the final chapter, a reporter in a helicopter mentions being "only a few meters from the action" - something no American reporter would say.
In one scene, Kara cuts her hair to disguise herself as a human. But it is established throughout that the androids project their skin color and hair. She literally has no hair to cut.
In at least one scenario, the player has to choose between either shooting a character stone dead, with dire consequences, or completely leave them be, also with dire consequences. The option to shoot to _immobilize_ without unnecessary casualty, arguably the most logical option of all in that case, is 'conveniently' nowhere to be found.
When Connor and Hank go to see Kamski, Connor can ask Hank why they're there. Surely Connor as an android with the vast array of knowledge that would be accessible to him would know that Kamski created Cyberlife and invented androids and therefore may know some information as to what causes them to deviate.
When Connor learns that Marcus was a gift for Carl Manfried, he makes no attempt to contact him, or his son Leo, regarding Marcus' whereabouts.
