Was a big disappointment because it is Halloween. We wanted a horror. The trailers looked scary so off we rushed. They were misleading. Just a big budget drama.
I don't know what people thought was original about the film it has been done over and over again but with a few twists. Try a lifetime show with ghosts added in for no real reason. That being said the movie was visually stunning. Wardrobe and fx could not have been better. The movie did not need any of the ghosts in the story because it was just a drama. Think they added them in to draw more of a crowd and mislead people.
