It's a grizzly start when A couple (Kate Blair and Chris Chandler) and her young son Dan are tragically gunned down.
Good to see Thomas Chamberlain (Richard Litern) have a little bit more involvement in this story, he's been a little anonymous in this series, his character's given less input then Leo was for some reason, shame as Lintern is a cracking actor. I really enjoyed Derek Griffiths's stint as DS Malcolm Guillam, he was excellent.
Another very powerful episode, the scene in which Sally has to deliver the tragic news to Miles was extreme and powerful at the same time, brilliantly acted. Wonerfully complex once again, intriguing, gripping, a definite attention keeper. Silent Witness is getting better and better.
Loved it, 9/10
