At 00:30:32, Anne gets a bottle of tea from her father. It's full at this time. At 00:30:41, the bottle is drained a good amount. But at 00:30:44, it's the first time, she opens the bottle. It's proven, because you can hear her opening the bottle too, and there wasn't any similar activity before.
KOXA,the radio station Harriet gets a job at, is 107.2 FM. In the U.S., FM-radio stations broadcast on odd frequencies. It would be either 107.1 or 107.3, not 107.2.
When the camera shows the 4 pills in Harriet's hand before she takes them they are different shapes/sizes. In the ER the Doctor said she swallowed 4 Clonazepam's. There would not be different shaped/sized pills in one bottle.
At the end of the film, Harriet's gift to Anne is a pair of airline tickets to From LAX to Andalusia. Andalusia isn't a single city or airport. It's an autonomous region in southern Spain divided into eight provinces actually serviced by six different public airports, all of which can legally handle international flights. The Málaga Airport is the largest and busiest of these.
The film supposedly takes place in a Los Angeles neighborhood or suburb named Bristol. There is no such neighborhood or suburb in LA.
Anne initially refuses to write Harriet's obituary before she's dead, even though that convention only applies to *publishing* obituaries. Print & TV news media keep large collections of living obituaries, which have to be constantly updated.
