Story line was good and the actors did a good job. Was believable. I would recommend.

This was an outstanding film, and it is now my favorite. This movie is a great reminder that even if you're left with nothing and no one, God will always be there for you. Everything about this movie was incredible - the acting, the message and the characters. This is just one of those movies I could watch over and over again. I watch a lot of Christian films, and out of all of the ones that I've watched, this one really stuck with me. Dior is such a strong girl, and I think she would be a great role model for all tween and teen girls. She is just so intelligent for her age and very resourceful. It's definitely a great movie for moms to watch with their daughters. I think anyone will enjoy this movie as much as I do. Thanks for reading.

Low budget but good plot line

Very good but not equal to really great movies that I have seen. I really liked the subplots in the movie. I appreciate the specific prayers in the movie and how miracles were expected. Dogs always add extra humor. I still rate movies like The Ultimate Gift as 10/10. The author also directed the movie. Hope he will try his had again. This may have been his first. Hope he has some more plots to try out.

Not a good film...its Ok

I didn't expect much...and it was a little disappointing. No drama...no tension at all...very unbelievable at every turn. As a baseline....i thought Flywheel was a good movie....for what it was anyway. (a low budget, Christian film) Its a shame because i think the lead actress has allot of potential. Very charismatic on screen.

My wife & I LOVED this movie! Impossible, improbable situations & resolution? PERSISTENT FAITH & JOY FILLED MIRACLES! "Is ANYTHING too difficult for Me?"-GOD-Jeremiah 32:27 "What's IMPOSSIBLE with man is POSSIBLE with GOD!"-Luke 18:27 Quote by Jesus Christ. Son of God/God the Son!

Faith Pleases GOD. Dior's Faith was strong & our Almighty God & Savior responded to this young woman's precious, Priceless Faith!

Mark 9:23- "IF you can Believe, ALL things are POSSIBLE to him that BELIEVES." Jesus Christ This film is NON-Fiction & quite realistic to ANYONE with Faith in Jesus Christ. My wife & I are witnesses for the REALITY of being Born Again. Ephesians 2:8-9- "For it is by GRACE (unmerited favor) you have been Saved, through Faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the GIFT OF GOD, not of works, lest ANY man should boast." What "works" did Dion perform to DESERVE God's great MIRACLES?! NONE. She had FAITH, she BELIEVED that NOTHING is impossible with God & Miracles were GIVEN to her by FAITH! Hopefully NO Spoilers. WONDERFUL MOVIE. GOD IS GOOD & HE IS ALIVE!

Not Very Good

Acting leaves a lot to be desired. Cast just skates through without a care in the world. A 16 year old girl goes homeless, isn't bothered, attacked, molested by anyone. She has an encounter with one homeless nut job who's nothing but nice. Amazingly her and a not so much friend share a storage locker for days, wearing the same clothes and both manage to have perfect, clear hair and clothes throughout the movie. Come on. Neither so much had a smudge on them. The father is set up by a co-worker for theft. A small circuit testing device. You can find them for $30 at Harbor Freight. For this he's fired with next to no evidence. His boss who says he wanted to trust him gives him no chance to defend himself. Somehow the boss gets felony charges pressed and with a conviction 17 years in his past he's sentenced to years in prison. Years for theft under $100. A first year law student could have gotten this guy off with a slap on the wrist. The part where the girl's letters to go disappear, that was moderately clever as was the bad girl's letter not being taken. Too easy. Badly acted. Scenery at the park was beautiful. Might be good for young kids, family movie night.

Thouroghly enjoyable

Yes its low budget, but very cute & inspiring. Lead actress does a very nice job in her role. If you are looking for a relaxing heartwarming movie I recommend this one.

Awful movie

Low quality all around. The camera jumps around every second, I guess the editor missed the class at his cinema college when they taught the 10 second rule. Acting is pathetic. The story is beyond impossible. Characters are pretty much weird. Watch this movie if you need a lesson on how not to make movies

The system

This is very inspiring movie but not a true representation of social service system. In no way does a social device worker have just one case that they have that much time to dedicate to one case. There are way to many children in the system for this case worker to have only one runaway to find. If this representation was the norm than there would not be so many children that fall thru cracks of THE SYSTEM

A Box of Faith just a really good movie.

The opinions of this movie are all over the place.

My wife and I loved it. It is a gentle, faith-based movie with no drama. It is rated G. The young girl, played by Savannah McMahon, played her part very well and by the peace shown in her portrayal of the character, I have to believe she is not just acting.

As one other reviewer stated, - "This is just one of those movies I could watch over and over again. I watch a lot of Christian films, and out of all the ones that I have watched, this one really stuck with me." I will add, the film really stuck with me and my wife.

Julie Van Lith and Bill Wetherill have made many movies together as part of this film group, FaithHouse Pictures, and I look forward to seeing their names in the casting credits because I know the movie will be as good as this one was.
