I bought this DVD to learn about Self-Development in a Systema way. I have read numerous Self-Development books but most of them are just strategies to think positive, but I am sure a lot of self-development can be achieved by working with the body. This DVD teaches you how to move and breathe in particular ways: relax and get energy, sharpness in mind and motivation. After doing these self-regulation exercises, the tension in my neck was reduced ( my neck gets tensed very easily when I am stressed). When you read a book, you can only imagine how you should do the exercises, with this DVD you just follow the instructions and copy Vadim Starov movements. I really love this way of thinking about Self-Development, and I recommend this DVD to everyone who has to deal with a lot of stress, which causes your mind and body to get tensed and being less productive.
